Driver Exchange: customer journeys

Customer journeys are a design tool to help understand and explore the possible user experience of different users of a service. In these document I’ve created some scenarios based on the information I’ve had about the service to represent of some of the primary interactions the users will have with the Driver Exchange service.

These scenarios are broken down into sequential activities which are then placed onto a map showing which touchpoint (i.e. Web, Mobile, SMS etc) hosts the activity.

These journeys are then reviewed to identify possible pain points, or areas where there is an opportunity for the service to exceed expectations.
